Description

The Side Hammer (also termed “Mule Ear”) is a system of direct ignition that offers the advantage of a “traditional” arm with the “in line” capabilities of the modern muzzleloader. The Side Hammer also features a half cock for safety, a fly for set trigger use, a low profile hammer for less shooter distraction, and is fully interchangeable with our popular Durs Egg Model.
